We bring guilt-free shopping to our community, focusing on products that are well-crafted, last a lifetime, and have a small footprint. Sustainability is at the heart of every decision we make, our core belief is that we belong to the earth, the earth does not belong to us.
About Me:
With a background in art and design, I spent years in tech designing experiences and events. Known by all my friends as a connoisseur of fine goods, I decided to turn my passion for finding the best of the best into a full-time gig. High Noon features a unique selection of my own personally vetted lifestyle products. Things that elevate your everyday.
What inspired you to start High Noon?
The shop is inspired by my family's general store in San Francisco, California. My great-grandmother Hannah immigrated from Wales at age 16 to work at her uncle’s general store in the 1920’s. (pic below)
I had always dreamed of having a curated general store and was surprised no shop with our ethos existed in town yet. I really wanted anyone, from anywhere, with any budget to be able to find something special.
Favorite Loam Product:
There are two Loam products I can't live without: Catkin Calendula Lotion and the Nettle Balm.
When looking for products to carry in-store, what do you focus on?
I have a specific set of ethos when finding products for the shop. First, I must love them and use them in my own life. Second, they must have a light environmental footprint. And finally, we prioritize women-owned brands, artists and small businesses. I also try to stock products that can't be found in other downtown shops; I really wanted High Noon to feel distinctive and accessible.
What is special about Santa Fe?
The beauty of the land, the pace of life and the city's rich history make Santa Fe so special. There is no place like it in the world.
