Uses
- Décolleté- Start here with light strokes inward toward the chest to open up your lymph
Neck-Upward towards the jaw
Jawline-Up and out towards the ears
Lips, cheeks, under eye-outwards towards the ears
Forehead- Up the middle between brows, and outwards on the sides towards hairline
Neck- End with light strokes downward on the neck to drain the lymph
Repeat the steps on both sides of the face, hitting each area for about 30 seconds
