Safe for all ages and highly effective we love this tea for bringing the sleepy vibes. Perfect when brewed in our Tea Bloom Teapot for the whole fam or in a single serving for one sleepy head.

Uses

Steep 2-3 TSP in 8oz hot water (190-200°F) for 4-7 minutes. Strain and sip. For cold infusion, 4 TBSP in 32oz of room temperature water. Steep overnight. Strain and sip iced or room temp. Comes in a compostable white Kraft bag, 2oz per bag.
